By purchasing from Aetheria, you agree to these terms. We deliver a private web page containing your personalized 3D crystal artwork, a narrated ambient soundscape that plays on that page, and a personalized certificate, along with permanent download links for your files. The link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo. Waffo is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Waffo provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments.
Price. Each artwork is sold for a one-time payment. The current launch price is $5.99 per artwork; after the launch period the price is $9.99. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed on our website at the time you place it.
One-time payment, no subscription. Aetheria is not a subscription service. Your payment covers a single artwork. There is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal, no membership, and no stored payment method that we charge again. You are charged once, at checkout, for the order you place.
Nothing to cancel. Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel and no renewal to stop. You will never be charged again for the same order. If you order another artwork later, that is a separate one-time purchase you initiate yourself.
How payment is processed. Checkout is handled by Waffo as our Merchant of Record. Waffo processes the payment and appears on your statement. We never see or store your card details. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Your artwork is intended for personal, non-commercial use, or as a dedicated digital gift for someone special.
Our artwork and audio are provided for personal enjoyment and relaxation only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Your narration script is composed with DeepSeek-V4 and voiced with ElevenLabs. Your 3D crystal artwork is produced by our own proprietary rendering engine and is not AI-generated. Background audio uses royalty-free material. Our acceptable use policy is published at /aup.
You may not use Aetheria to create, submit, request, or attempt to obtain content in any of the following categories. This list is explicit, and it applies to every input you give us — including names, locations, intentions, and themes:
We also do not accept content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions we serve, that promotes fraud, or that is submitted with the intent to abuse, probe, or overload our systems.
If we determine that the standards in section 7 have been breached, we may take any of the following actions, depending on severity:
We apply these measures in good faith and only where there is a genuine breach.
If you believe content on or from Aetheria breaches these standards, email support@aetheriasanctuary.com with the subject line "AUP Report" and include the order reference or link, what you believe is wrong, and how we can reach you. Reports are monitored by our team and we aim to acknowledge every report within 24–48 hours.
Every order passes through automated filtering before generation, and submissions flagged by that filter are held for human review before anything is produced or delivered. Because our artwork is generated from a short set of structured inputs rather than free-form prompts, the surface for abuse is narrow — but the filter and the human review step apply regardless. The full Acceptable Use Policy, covering these standards, our enforcement process, and how to report a violation, is published at /aup.
If you breach these terms — for example by submitting prohibited content, attempting to abuse, probe, or overload our systems, or misusing the artwork we deliver — we may take any of the following steps, depending on severity: refuse or cancel your order; withhold or remove the generated content; suspend or permanently terminate your access to Aetheria; and decline further orders from you or from the email address you used.
Where we cancel an order under this section because of your breach, no artwork is delivered and no refund is due. Where we terminate your access, any unused credit is forfeited. You remain responsible for loss we suffer as a result of your breach, and for third-party claims arising from content you submitted.
These terms apply from the moment you place an order and continue for as long as you use Aetheria. You may stop using Aetheria at any time. We may suspend or end your access as described in section 11, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service and you have paid for an order we have not delivered, we will refund that order. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 9, 11, and 13 — continue to apply afterwards.
Aetheria is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, however arising.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights available to you in your country of residence.
