To create your bespoke crystal artwork, we securely collect the name, location, and intention you provide.
All payment details are securely processed via Waffo. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card information.
We deeply respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete the personal data we hold about you, and to close your account with us. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing support@aetheriasanctuary.com from the address you used at checkout. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
When you contact us, we will:
We respond to every request within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why. To protect you, we may ask for information that confirms your identity before we act on a request.
A few limits apply. We cannot delete records we are legally required to keep — for example transaction and tax records held by Waffo as Merchant of Record — or data we must retain to resolve a dispute or enforce our terms. Deleting your data may also mean we can no longer re-send the delivery link for an order you have already received.
We keep your order data for as long as we need it to deliver and support your order, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
